Our Firm is founded and led by a former Talent Acquisition leader who understands the unique needs a company faces when scaling its growth. A startup or emerging company is going to have different recruiting needs and approaches than a scaleup or a company in a rapid-growth stage. Our team is mostly comprised of engineers and technical staff who apply their technical skills and attention to detail to help companies access high-caliber talent.

We Don’t Have a Bench of Talent Waiting For You:

We take a custom and tailored approach to working with your teams because we know recruiting is not a one-size fits all approach. But rather it is unique to the company’s current size, scale, growth need, and hiring managers. Having a bench of talent is counterintuitive to us and denotes that we are assuming we know what your hiring needs are in advance of working with your team. Occasionally we may have an overflow of talent as we wrap up a large hiring project, at this point we will contact our existing clients.

We Do Not Over-Promise and Underdeliver:

We do not over-promise results and we deliver on expectations agreed upon by all before the search kicks off and there are no surprises in our approach.
